Rob Daley

Chief executive Officer

Rob has 15 years of experience working with entrepreneurial and early stage companies evaluating markets, developing business strategies, and raising and structuring capital. He has nine years of experience as a venture capitalist, investing in aggregate more than $67 million - generating more than $280 million in returns for investors. The majority of his investment success followed an analysis-led approach similar to the one being followed by 4moms. Additonally, his private equity invesment banking experience includes closing approximately 40 private equity transactions representing more than $310 million of capital. He has thirty-one patents pending. Rob has an undertraduate degree in finanace from the University of Virginia and an MBA with honors from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Henry Thorne

Chief Technology Officer

Henry has 22 years of engineering experience spanning a range of disciplines including mechanical and electrical engineering as well as graphic interface and software design and implementation. He has been an entrepreneur for the past 15 years starting four companies - all of which are still operating today. His most recent company, Aethon, has raised $21 million to commercialize a hospital delivery system he developed. He holds five patents and has an additional thirty-one pending. Henry has an undergraduate degree in Mecnanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
